For this game I would say, higher damage, higher cut resistance, less blood all over the place, quicker transition and submission speeds, a stamina system that encourages throwing less shots and being more technical and more slow paced fights. Those are the setting I use offline and in career mode and it makes it more challenging but more fun and realistic
