This is very standard for Ray Stevens, the majority of his songs are country/humor, The Streak, The Shriner's Convention (my personal favorite), the Mississippi Squirrel Revival, Guitarzan are all examples of his Funny songs. Everything Is Beautiful (in its own way) was probably his biggest Country / Pop hit. He is a very talented musician that has written and arranged songs for dozens of other (mostly country) music acts. He started recording music in 1957 and still performs today at his own club, Caba-Ray in Nashville T. I love Ray Steven's music and hope you will react to more , because you are absolutely delightful when you get something unexpected and that's almost a guarantee with Ray's songs. Keep up the good work and you have never failed to put a smile on my face watching your videos. (and don't we all need something to smile about during these times)

Ray Stevens has many songs to choose from. Just keep in mind when listening to him, he's doing all the voices and sound effects. My favorite is "The Shriners Convention". Other songs that won't be mentioned are, "The Doright Family" "The U.S.S.R." "The Pirate song, l Want To Sing & Dance" "The Blue cyclone part 1 & 2" "The Hair Cut Song" "The Moonlight Special" And yes this is a real song. "Fred Nostril & His South Seas Paradise, Put Your Blues On Ice, Cheap At Twice The Price Band(epcky, ecky, ucky ucky) He sings like Johnny Cash on it, very funny. Love Ray Stevens. Ray Steven's career goes back to the 1960's. He is noted for his wacky songs that usually made some point about life and its absurdities. His biggest hit from 1970 was "The Streak." Ray Stevens is a consummate musician but is best known for his comedic songs. For some of his more serious work, I would recommend "Everything is Beautiful" or his version of "Misty". I think he got a Grammy for Misty when he was just goofing around. For his comedy, he is probably best known for "The Streak" and "Shriner's Convention" but my favorites are "Surfing USSR" and "Erik the Awful". Don't let the laughs detract from his skills, though.
