The 1650 Pesos electricity bill is really impressive. It's hard not to use aircon in the Philippines due to the extreme heat. So using it for just 3 hours per day on average is really commendable.

giiirl make sure you check your water bill monthly with the admin. bgc water is definitely expensive, like 100+ per cubic meter, especially if your building has restaurants/shops connected to it because they categorize it as part commercial building so the rate is so much higher.

i've been checking and following up with my admin, they also dont know and havent given me a bill for water ... they just tell me to ask my landlord 😭 but yes ive heard its a lot more expensive here 🥲 huhuhu

thank u sm!! 🥹 i'd say the most important is having inverter fridge and aircon as these appliances are the most used (for me!) inverter type appliances save u A LOTTT of energy! and to be strict with urself! refrain frm using the ac all day, i think thats the hardest! invest in a good fan too and if u want, a smart plug that can help time and track your electricity consumption and schedule when it goes on/off, theyre also voice activated too hehe i use it for my fan!~ also i unplug anything thats not in use & switched all light bulbs to energy saving/led bulbs! 🫶🏼 hope i helped!

content creation is a fun way to earn extra money tho i do have to say its unstable and inconsistent! sometimes its barely 5 digits & sometimes with a lot of partnerships & events, it can get to 6! but majority of the time not always, hence the importance for me to always allot for savings! id love to just make this all a hobby! thats why im trying to grow my corporate experience with a day job hehe 🫶🏼 just leaving this for transparency!

Honestly shocked hearing the cost for your drinking water! ₱1250 for 5 big jugs is super expensive!! 🫠 Here in Davao, you can get 3 of the same jugs for ₱100! The highest we had to pay living in another part of the city was ₱50 per jug 😫
