Hey mama! I am sometimes (often) the worst sleeper as well! But two things I’ve been doing lately that seem to have made a massive difference are, firstly, switching my phone to airplane mode at night (apparently the signals can mess with our brain waves?) and secondly, having a peace lily plant in the room (known to be great for oxygen...ating?) and also sleeping with the door half open for air flow, because I read that you sleep better with fresh air! Maybe these could help you too? P.s. ‘Isn’t it Romantic’ is a cute little movie on Netflix if you haven’t seen it. And Tidying Up is a bit addictive too 🤣

You should try an oil cleanser before your normal cleanser for makeup remover instead of the wipes. I use Julep oil from Ulta- it’s a game changer the makeup, especially mascara just melts off. I’ll never go Back!

The best advice as a hair stylist that I can give you? Give your hair a rest from styling tools and get olaplex treatments! Bumble and Bumble makes a fantastic product called “don’t blow it” and is meant to add texture and body while taming flyaways to air dried hair. Your hair looks gorgeous naturally wavy! Have you seen “the act” on Hulu? So good! Loved this routine, going back to watch your old Pregnancy vids, I just found out I’m expecting baby 2 🥰❤️

I’ve been watching the Kindness Diaries on Netflix. It just makes me feel positive. I also loooove a bedtime snack (aka dessert) & tea combo . 😄 I forgot to mention...I definitely recommend Elizabeth Gilbert’s book Big Magic. She also has a podcast called Magic Lessons. In my opinion, she speaks to creatives and moms better than anybody else.
