To all the mothers who leave the toxic relationship, I commend you. You are teaching your children what it means to stand up for yourself and for them. This is a hidden gem that the children will grow up understanding and appreciating your sacrifice. I realized this with my own mother.
@thernfoster2387
@thernfoster2387 2 жыл бұрын
What sacrifice? These women don't deserve to be commended, they CHOSE to get pregnant by toxic men, and they themselves are just as bad, it's funny how the time to become "responsible", is after the fornication and hanky panky is over, women should think about this before they decide to open their legs, forcing a child to be born without two loving parents is ABUSE! Stop sympathising with single moms who make poor life choices and point the finger at the man!
@tiffanyweber3028

@@thernfoster2387 are you that ignorant to understand many men especially narcissistic trap women and it can be years into the relationship. People change too, men can start having affairs, start drinking, spending all the family money! You need to really open you eyes to realizing majority of women to not settle with a man who is toxic.. they become toxic and think we are so dependent and won't leave. They take advantage of our grace but once we run out we build a plan a leave!!!

@@thernfoster2387 I was married to my husband for 9 years. Went through the Army with him, stayed at home and raised our children. Was pregnant with our 2nd child and I found out he cheated on my 8 months pregnant with co workers. The woman's husband reached out to me and told me. He was a great man in the beginning but years later I dealt with his porn addiction, drinking increased ect and this was the last straw. I decided to leave and so please don't have this judgement that all single moms became single moms because they are having one night stands or what ever....
@thernfoster2387

"Our grace", LOL! I love how you automatically paint the men as the villains and women as helpless victims, women like you are incapable of taking accountability, people don't have a master plan to suddenly change after years, that's absolute bull, these men were ALWAYS bad, and it's EXACTLY what attracts these women, who probably believe they can change him, same goes for you and your ex husband, I can almost guarantee he was an a-hole when you first met him, and all the actual good men, the nice guys, are the ones you friend zoned and rejected, I wonder how many jerks you'll run through before you turn to those nice guys to support you and your kids! My point still stands, the majority of single moms had kids WAY too soon, with unsuitable men, who they KNEW weren't quality men, so stop playing victim, and take responsibility!
@tiffanyweber3028
@tiffanyweber3028 2 жыл бұрын
@@thernfoster2387 okay I take responsibility for my ex husband's cheating, drinking and lack of focusing on our family. You want to assume I was this horrible woman to for your narrative because it's easier but I was an amazing wife to him. Put his needs first, supported him and loved him But I'll follow what you said and take the responsibility for his actions... just like how women have always done. They always get the blame for everything.

Awesome! I've been a single mum for 15 years (since his birth). I managed to buy land and build myself a house on a very small income and have qualified in several different areas since he was born. I've never felt like I was disadvantaged UNTIL last week when I went to the bank to apply to re-mortgage and I was knocked back. I am not going to let that stop me though, I am going to push through this financial block and might start a KZbin channel about it!

But the moms who are kicking ass day in and day out solo- you guys have the biggest capes of all. You are in such an inspirational headspace and one that I hope to get to. I feel so lonely and isolated so often because we don’t have parents or siblings or cousins or anyone who we can call to help. But you’re right. It’s all mindset. Keep up the beyond incredible work. @@soulcalibrator67 Of course I'm being cruel to single mothers, because they are cruel to their own children, except I'm NOT TRYING, I'm DOING! Never once did I mention myself being free of judgement did I? The majority of single moms make bad choices, by choosing bad men to have unprotected relations with, without thinking about the consequences of their actions when they end up pregnant, expecting a bad boy to commit, then they get praise and sympathy from people around them, which reinforces their bad behaviour, I've even seen 16 year old single moms receiving praise, it's absolutely disgustingly diabolical, 99% of single moms KNEW the guy they were with was a bad boy, it's EXACTLY what got them hot for him in the first place, and it's funny how the ONLY time these type of women decide to show some responsibility is AFTER the hanky panky, when they've already gotten themselves knocked up in a bad situation, I don't have to know these individuals to recognise what they're doing is harmful to their kids!

I’m soo happy I found your channel. I’m a single mum and raising my now 3 year old daughter since she was 5 weeks old. Sometimes you feel soo alone when no one gets what your going through. Some things I do disagree though something as simple as the gym if you are working full time and a single mum in Melbourne Australia anyway the gyms only offer childcare during the week, I just can’t go. Soo we do have some things that we can’t do compared to those with husbands. I obviously work out at home but things such as buying a home which I’m doing now are still harder and a longer process than someone married. It’s just how it is unfortunately, I still look at it as a positive that I can buy a home on my own it’s just harder that’s all

@@candyluna2929 the mental repercussions of abortion are short term compared to having to support a child for 18 (more realistically 21-25) years. Thank you for this video. You are inspiring. I've been out of my toxic relationship for a lil over a year and I'm a single mom of 3 w/no support. I've found it hard to adjust to the single mom life. This last relationship affected me mentally, emotionally, & physically. I've just started to be able to sleep at night, before I had insomnia. I'm beginning to feel like my old self. I'm thankful that I work in education because it allows me to be hone when the kids are out of school. However, with the price of everything going up, I find that I need to do something else. So, I'm working towards being a virtual assistant & bookkeeper. I think this will be good for me and I would be able to work from home & cut costs. I am focused on my kids now. They will be grown before I know it and I want to enjoy them before they grow up & have their own lives. Thank you again for this video. It was the motivation I needed.

I’ve been a single mum for 6 years and left an abusive and controlling marriage. I view my home as a ‘thriving home’ not ‘broken’ as some choose to categorise me in. It’s usually from unhappy married people. Enjoy your independence ladies ! I know it’s hard but you’re so much better off being single and happy. Also I never know what the term (condo) clearly means, sorry for being thick 😂 thanks x

It's interesting that you brought up not giving ourselves the excuse of feeling special for being a single mom. For me it was the opposite. I used it as fuel to push me to succeed because I felt at a disadvantage and felt I needed to work twice as hard, which in reality we do because we're now assuming our partner's responsibility. However, I am aware many have that victim mentality and use it as an excuse for their lack of effort or progress. Also, thank you for serving as inspiration! My husband was gonna leave 6 years ago a week after our second child was born. Now 6 years later he said he have been trying to find the right time to leave me, he was planning to leave me for 6 years but was trying to find the right time. We've been together for 16 year and been married for almost 10 years and we have a 17 years age gap. I just wish he never take my freedom from me as I know I could have done alot better. I have been paying off his debts for years and stopped last week as I felt it never ends. He told me his gonna leave before Christmas and now his saying he may need more time. He took advantage of me as I was working, studying at University (he was my teacher) I had a job and 3 saving account. I was vulnerable so it was easy for him.

I was a single parent of 5. Much easier than when I was married. Been divorced 20 years now. One or 2 children is definately easier though.

My husband of 7 years decided to leave me out of the blue. We just had a baby two months ago. I’m devastated. I’m going through a very hard time.

Dating a single mother is like showing up late to the party. Everybody went home. The fun is over and you are expected to clean up.

No one is asking you to join that party. There are men out there that would happily embrace a ready made family.
