That’s how to do it. You’ve got to earn it because nobody is giving handouts. Whether a Marine not invited to Reconnaissance tryouts, Rudy Ruettiger overcoming scholastic and physical hurdles to play football at Notre Dame, or just a guy in the office trying to get promoted. Do what’s needed to acquire the capability, then do the hard work to prove your ability, then ask for it. Great job, Marine. 👍
