Govt. also uses dark web for their security purposes especially US govt.which actually fund high end hackers and coders to develop data which can't be accessed without their consent.Also sometime govt use dark web to send message to war inflicted areas.There is no possible way to enter darkweb without security applications 😀.

I frequently visit DARK WEB believe theres no such thing called red room because its too hard to live stream because we have to use multilple isp's which makes the speed so much less. Even if you stream then there are multiple fbi scans those sites if they found something illegal then they will immediately ban them and try to track the person. There's no evidence of red room
