I watched this at like 5 in the morning when I took a break from my all nighter that I pulled for an assignment and I was feeling so exhausted. But the moment you went to take a shower, I somehow felt motivated to do the same (also because I was so drained) but ohmygod after that I felt so energised and I ended up finishing the assignment pretty quickly after that and went for a little hike too. So I just wanted you to know, you did THAT for me ❤️

I love LOVE the idea of morning pages but it's lowkey unrealistic since I'm rushing to get ready for sch and whatnot so I do night pages instead sometimes, like journaling freely a stream of thoughts right before I sleep and I find that works amazingly. Def recommend night pages for those who want to do morning pages but find it impractical for themselves

if you're passionate about sustainability, try reducing your water usage! Seems like you leave the tap running when you do dishes and even when you're putting shampoo on. I know a lot of people who do that too but they do not seem to notice they're even doing it. So just to let you know in case you weren't aware! There is a looming water crisis and we should all do our part to save water resources
