One of the things I do is meal prep for the week. I think when we are super hungry we’ll grab the first thing we see and tend to make bad choices. So I like to have things prepped and ready to go for me

Advice for the skin; in our 20s our skins change their pH and we develop new allergies so go to a dermatologist and have your skin checked. I had an allergic reaction to my face soap and cream that I had been using since I was 19 years old and I'm 23 now and I had the allergic reaction when I was 22 years and took me a year to heal my skin. So, I advise you to make an appointment with them.
