Thanks for posting My Trips. Great value at that price for lounge entry. That legroom surely was tight, and I am taller than you so would have trouble fitting into that space! I was relieved for you that you had an empty seat next to you, and that the flight was just 90 minutes!

Well, as a retired airline employee of over 30 years +, I can tell you Alitalia never won any awards for customer service during my career ever. I flew with them a few times, and they were mediocre at best. Let's just say on most of my trips to FCO, I flew with one of my favorite airlines, KLM. Enjoyed your video.

It must be open to anyone because I don't hold status with the skyteam at all and I rarely fly with Alitalia. I used their mobile application to check in and during the steps I was offered this

The legroom is almost none. I remember seeing a guy pissed when tried to work with his laptop when the woman in the front reclined her seat. I think the legroom is so small because the seats are old and not slim, you get more comfort for your back but lose space for your knee.

I’ve flown LHR to FCO. The legroom was horrible!! I was lucky the passenger in front didn’t recline their seat!

I flew last year Alitalia Nice to Rome. From check in to the flight service it was horrible. The flight attendants were angry due to delays and took it out on the passengers. They couldn’t even be bothered with the safety review. The worst airline I have flown with and I’ve been on some pretty rough flights. Never again
