My running over the last 12 months has taken something of a nosedive. Since completing the Bournemouth Half Marathon in October 2022 I haven't moved on from there and am now slower, and moving over shorter distances. In fact, the number of runs I've been on has been significantly less this year than last.
But I think I've worked out what I need to do about it! And in this video I talk about future plans.

I'm Andy Clayton and in 2018 I did Couch To 5K and instantly discovered a love for running that I never knew existed. Prior to that, I'd always though that running looked like hard work and no fun at all. How wrong I was! Since discovering that there is a huge amount of enjoyment to be had when running I'm on a one man crusade to tell everyone that you can do it too! Were you told by your school physical "education" "teachers" that you were no good? Or did they just ignore you and talk to the sporty kids? That's what happened to me, and so I thought I was useless. I didn't think I'd ever be any good at anything even remotely sporty. But you really CAN do it! Couch To 5K is just the start, and once you crack that challenge there's lots more out there for you to enjoy.
Join me on my journey as I find out new things about running, enjoy trying different challenges that anyone can have a go at and also, occasionally, throw in a bit of utter silliness just for good measure.
