Last year my brother use to have this issues with his xiaomi mi 11 lite the back camera won't work and exactly how you are describing the problem but that is the reason why we sold that phone and going to buy flagship phones so that issues like these won't happen in the flagship but now i am seeing it in this phone now i don't know which one or band should i go to if even Samsung is doing the same thing that a mid-tear phones was doing

Nothing is perfect. There will be failure rates with all OEMs, and it depends on the percentage as to how we judge QC. I have not seen anything suggesting that Samsung is worse than Apple. The display issue (lines) is also rare bearing in mind that 1.3 billion phones are sold a year, and that appears to be a display supplier issue.

Great content. I'm sorry to hear that. Instead of shipping it to samsung, take it to your carrier unless you got it unlocked. If I ever have a problem, which happened only once. That was with my note20 ultra. Took it to my carrier, and they gave me a new one right there and then. Also, samsung gives a one year manufacturer warranty on there phone's.

Did you try clearing catche for apps that your having problems with? Also try this.... turn phone off. Turn on press and hold power up and power untill you get to a screen. Then use valoum buttons to scroll and power button to accept. Go to clear catche then restart. Hope this helps.

So incredibly disappointed. My s24 ultra camera developed an odd stuttering problem, seemed to be something with the image stabilization. They told me to take it to a Ubreakifix, I bought all the fancy Samsung care warranty stuff. Ubreakifix wouldn't touch it, I kept going back and forth between them and Samsung. Eventually I mailed it in. Still waiting, no eta. Samsung completely destroyed my trust in them.

I have never had a QC issue with Samsung phones apart from the Fold 4, which made a noise when opening and closing after six months of use. Though the Exynos in my S22 and S22U were awful. Since Qualcomm sacked Samsung Fabs, that has been fine. I have had issues with my three Pixels from a broken FP sensor, dead pixels, and the screen breaking from a small drop as it landed on the edge (P6P). Otherwise, smartphones are very reliable, so remember how we use them. There is always a small percentage that is duds, hence the warranty, and it looks like you got one! Hopefully, they will give you a new one rather than fix it; that is what Apple tends to do.

This is likely a hardware issue. I had this problem six years ago with my Galaxy Note8 and it turned out that the camera was defective.

I have my s24u since it was released and i haven't got a single issue, apart from the dull / washed out colors at the beginning it was fixed via software, so yeah its perfect honestly

Haha Yea that's because the S23 Ultra is using the 10X Telephone lens compared to the 5X Telephone lens on the S24 Ultra.

Mine is normal. I love. There is a Brazilian channel that the guy of the tips for Samsung, man, surreal, I play several games and for example, the car x street did not run 60 fps spiked, it was always 50 or less, now after the tips, it is 60 fps in the game. Perhaps, if you have third-party insurance on the device that would be the best solution. After all, a catastrophic accident can happen to any device at any time. Thus, necessitating its replacement rather than repair.😉 It's been my experience that a device that needs to be repeatedly sent in for repairs is probably fatally flawed from the factory. Even a company like Samsung can produce a rotten apple once in a while.

Be careful if Samsung intentionally scratches the camera lens and then tries to deny your warranty 🫡

😆 he is just unlucky getting a bad unit. He already fixed an issue with network like 2 months ago. That been said, iPhone is the king of bugs and bad unit blv me I know and had a fair share of it.
