kavitha vishnu This really depends on the reason you have the bald spot such as if you have alopecia , from experience of balding because of tight hairstyles the answer for me is yes! Massaging and oiling the bald spot helped me to grow my hair back

I need this for my daughter, she is 5 years old and it's been a year and her hair is still very short. My son on the other hand is very blessed, his hair grows out to quickly even after having a haircut. My daughter has been wanting her hair longer since mostly of her classmates have really long hair and can see that she feels not pretty enough, even though I keep reminding her she is just as beautiful with/without long hair and all girls are. I've also been putting on hair oil, but I think I'll have to try this method on days we just don't have time to oil. Thank you for sharing your method, I could see this works wonder because you have beautiful gorgeous hair.

@J D No, exercising and going to the gym helps get blood flowing to the body so as a result your hair grows quicker.

@J D What you're saying doesn't make sense. Yes, exercising causes more testosterone, but that's not equivalent to the reason why it increases the blood flow to your body. Get it together, those are two different notions.

I'm the same way but I have 2 tricks that helped me maybe will help you too. My hair grew so fast I couldn't believe it. 1) 10 minute scalp massage while doing inversion method it's easier. I do it hanging off the edge of my bed. 7 days straight once a month. 2) massage scalp daily while listening to favorite songs on repeat 3 or 4 times. Time will fly and your head will be nourished❤ it'll be much more effortless because you're stimulated by the music so it's an effortless motivation.

Several years ago I heard of scalp massaging and it's benefits. I was looking because my hair had begun thinning like crazy. I cut it short hoping to make it look thicker (it was that bad). That DID NOT work btw. And my hair just wouldn't grow back, just more shedding. I was too young for this and it really took it's toll psychologically. Anyway, I started to message my scalp for 4 minutes a night. Oh My God. It worked. I saw visible length happening within 7 days. My hair began to grow and stopped falling out. I love my hair again. Been doing it now like I said, several years now. While I don't do it everyday anymore, I find on the days I do do it I can feel a tremendous thinking feeling. I have shared this with so many women I know. Every one of them (who truly give it a chance) have nothing but positive experiences.

When I was a kid I had very long hair and then as I got older and started doing my own hair I noticed my hair got shorter. So now I’m starting to watch videos about hair and how to grow it back.Then I started massaging my scalp and then I stopped for a long time.Now I’m starting back to massaging my scalp and noticed that my hair was growing back! Edit: also I’m only 12

My hair was matted and I cut it al off, and I regret it so bad, I have bald spots and it’s choppy, I am so upset and my mom is too, and I feel sick to stomach and ugly and dumb/stupid, I want my long hair back, I am just so upset, and even more depressed, thank u for this.

Does it help with hair fall???

Doing a scalp massage causes the blood flow in the scalp to stimulate hair growth. So I’m assuming that it will help with hair fall 🥰

@@kwd8574 omg I forgot about my comment on this video! I have been doing it like 3 times a week and I think it has been working because my hair has grown 4 inches since I commented and I haven’t changed anything else in my hair routine. My hair normally doesn’t grow that fast

What types of oils can I use for massaging?
@tracyzintel376
@tracyzintel376 5 жыл бұрын
Isabella Milani castor oil is great for hair growth but it’s a little hard to wash out as it’s a thicker oil. Argan oil is amazing for hair and doesn’t make the scalp look greasy. I do a combination of both before I apply my hair mask. You can also try coconut oil, jojoba, olive oil or flaxseed oil. Experiment! See what works best for you!
