Okay, you got me... I have NO idea what a "Stealy" is! There's the Grateful Dead sticker on the as yet uninstalled toilet cover, but...

Yeah, it's the sticker. It's from the album cover of "Steal Your face" so it's referred to as a "Stealy". Nice job on the boat BTW. I am hoping to retire on a Searunner and I hope there are still some nice ones around in about eight years. I lived aboard a Piver Lodestar 40 for eleven years 80's-90's

Thank you! I cruised with my family of four on a 37 back in 2001/2002. It was an outstanding boat, hard to find any fault with it. I wouldn't want to live full-time on a 31. It's a great boat, but when I finally stopped working on it and had time to just chill, there was nowhere to chill. Can't lie down in the cockpit, can't lie down on the settee, the permanent beds are tiny... It's just not comfortable for relaxing. I've heard great things about the 34, but it sounds like they're extremely rare. I imagine the Lodestar was a great liveaboard. And Searunners... People (like me!) keep rescuing them, so there should still be some around. Good luck, and enjoy!

I owned this boat in the early 1990's. She was built by Cecil Howell on Summerland Key, FL. I'm the guy that put the Dead sticker on the lid for the head. GREAT to see it's still there.
