You might want to check with your eye doctor and get evaluated for Dry Eye, because you would need to use a different kind of eye drop to treat that. I use Systane Ultra PF once in the morning and once at night and it is probably the only kind of eyedrops that let me function. If I do something during the day that aggravates my eyes (like being outside in the wind) then I will use the Refresh eyedrops just once. I have ocular rosacea (yes, related to the skin condition rosacea) and I can have a lot of eye pain from the tear ducts, so the Systane has been fantastic. And always remember that allergy eye drops will make the dryness worse, so only use that if you are having a flare of allergies with your eyes, and use as little as possible.

my mom actually works at an optometry! So she keeps me updated on dry eye stuff since she also has dry eye, I'll definitely check in again with the eye doctor next time about treatments :)

Loving these vlogmas videos! Persi is the cutest! 😻 Also, I have dry eye and use these preservative free eye drops called hylo. I think they might be a Canadian brand though. Maybe ask your mom if there is a product in the US which is an equivalent or I think you can get them off iherb. Please continue to keep us updated on the current slang. In terms of using up products, if it brings you joy then great! But if it makes you feel guilty about having bought them and like you are using them for the sake of using them up I say life’s too short and it’s ok to get rid of things that you don’t like. You learn for the future. I’m trying to treat myself with kindness and say that it’s ok to not use things up simply because I don’t like them. 💕

Hi Tiffany, just an FYI, “opp” is not just current slang. It is AAVE: African American Vernacular English. You’re not old, it’s just commonly used in Black spaces (and not just recently) but a lot of AAVE gets rebranded as internet slang without credit and a lot of people end up misusing it (and overusing it).
