It’s nice to see fishing is picking up for you and you’re finally on a prespawn bite. The spawn is pretty much over here in Eastern North Carolina and it has been a disappointing year so far. Biggest bass is only 3.5 pounds this year, but last year I had already caught several 5s and a couple 6s by this time. Hopefully, I can make up for it with the summer frogging bite.

Looks awesome! I love it! I really like the wider gap at the top for the bait to seat to next to the head. So many of the EWG neds have a tiny flat spot to rig the head of ur bait on. Just rips out a lot of the time. Those look like a bigger "neck" (?) area.

I recently changed to throwing the VMC EWG Ned Rig head and you are absolutely right! It is such a game changer, of course you do still get snagged but the rate is by far a lot less than regular Ned heads; also I believe it changes the fall presentation a bit!
