Here is what you will need for 4 days meal prep
Breakfast
100 calorie English Muffins
4 eggs
4 slices Canadian bacon
1 slice cheese
Fruits on the side
Lunch
Shrimp seasoned with old bay , black pepper, garlic powder, salt
Lettuce
Mixed greens
Shredded carrot
Cherry tomatoes
Red onion
Feta (optional)
Dressing
3tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Oregano
Salt
Black pepper
Squeeze of mustard
Dinner
4 -5 medium sweet or regular potatoes
Seasoned with salt , pepper drizzle of oil
Steak any cut you like ( I used thin slice ribeye)
Season how ever you like
Mixed bell peppers
Onions
