Gregory, I am a "hard style" mostly self taught and dissolutioned isolated KB'er who started in early 2010 and train alone in my garage. I discovered your channel a few months ago, discovered Levi thanks to these 2 podcasts, and suddenly I am addicted to working out w/ KBs once again! Gone are the 2 handed single KB swing and TGU. In are the long cycle, 2 bells overhead work outs and implementing lots of what you are discussing. It's like it's Spring again, the birds are chirping and I love exercising again! Much appreciation!!

The first thing I will say, is that I rate a podcast/ interview by how much I would have liked to be a part of the conversation. This was one of those where I wish I was there, so, thank you both for the stimulation. Being a couple of decades down the track from both of you, and having tried many modalities over the last 60 years including more than 20 years using kbs and having studied the history of physical culture (and many other things), I have learned that it's useful to comprehend that everyone is wrong about something and a worthy "goal" is to work to become less wrong and in fewer areas over time. Most folks get locked in to a limited assumption of what's possible and how it can be accomplished based on prior programming they are not consciously aware of- a precognitive commitment, as Deepak Chopra used to write about. Once observed, you don't have to take their opinion seriously, but can use it to sharpen your own thinking. The old adage of "the person who says it can't be done should never interrupt the person doing it" applies here. Regarding the Turkish getup, the value for me is in connecting the movements in a smooth flow from floor to stand and back again which translates to better overall movement when not loaded. I don't see people who train the elements individually as moving as well. I always say I train because it makes the rest of life easier. The tools are just tools. What matters is how consistently and how well one uses them.

I based my training on Levi’s training and I have seen major improvements. Although I only have a kettlebell, I have done his style of training and it’s good.

Nearly 3 hours! I appreciate the longer runtime. I'm nearly an hour in and it feels like 10 minutes.

Great stuff guys! I'm defiantly guilty of losing focus, but sometimes its a good thing to keep me wanting to do it! The one thing that always does the trick (which i think is similar to Levi's) is EMOMS, whether short 10min finishers or long 60min, its a race, a challenge, a game all against myself all by myself. You dont have time to think about giving up, the clock becomes the drill Sargent yelling at you and you dont have time to think you just do!

Nearly 3 hours worth of blah blah blah & very little useful info! Same ol' trite cliches.......... I hate it when people don't have the decency (or the intellect) to even complete their thought, and flit around from idea to idea without making any coherent sense!!

@@levishardertokillarsl personnaly, i would i love if you put advices on how to do the little ajustements you talked about at the beginning of the video to obtain your impressive physique with double kettelbel. Like a sort of map of your though process to track and address the details. Seems to me you would be better if you gave more concreat exemples when you talk about ideas. I still find your intervention useful because your results speak for themselfs.

@kenunspeckbog Here's an intellectual response to the toxically troll-ish fan boi: I didn't. Also, how would one know it's trash unless one listens at least for an hour or so? Huh? No doubt the low IQ brain couldn't compute that...!🤣🤣🤣
