On youtube I routinely play all videos at double speed. I find it helps to pack in more content without getting bored. Yours is one of the few channels where I find it neccessary to play at normal speed. They're always packed with interesting content that commands attention. Probably the best chess channel out there.

Hey Igor could you please make a video one the Pirc, where black plays c6 on move 6 (after making that classic Pirc structure)? I know c6 is a very flexible move where you have options to play for e5, c5, for even to push b5 and a5 and start a queenside attack. The thing is, I'm not sure when to do which. If you could make a video on this that would be AWESOME! :)

It's unlikely that a 1d4 player will play 2e4. Even if they do the Owen's defense isn't that bad for black. But as I said its unlikely a 1d4 player will play 2e4.

@@wakinguptothetruth.2566 Owens gives White a clear edge. That bishop he spent his precious first two moves fianchettoing typically ends up buried with good play by White. It's playable. But a LOT of moves are playable.

Could you make an opening guide video to the Korchnoi Attack? I know how to play if my opponent falls into the main trap but if they don't it's a little more tricky. Thanks!

The only White openings I could think of that the 1...b6 system wouldn't work against are the Hungarian (1.g3) and the Grob (1.g4) as inevitably they're going to play 2.Bg2 and you need to respond with 2...c6 to avoid losing a full piece. But unless you're facing Magnus or Hikaru I don't see how often you'd see those absurd openings 😅

I'm returning to chess after a half a lifetime away, so in essence, I'm like a beginner. Questions: What do you think of Chessup2 for improvement? I ordered this board for the sole intention of improving my game. Is there a better board out there? Is an electronic board like this useful for a beginner at all? Thank you.
