Hi. Nice room so far from the few room tour that i have watch. It is simple which makes it good. The view is awesome too nice location of your bed. Im just curious can u stand up on the 2nd floor? I mean is it a full 2nd floor cause I didnt get to see you standing. In the video it doesnt look high in space. But overall nice video and nice apartment. ❤
@oleeoreo10 ай бұрын
hi thank you so much 💓💓~ Usually the second floor of the loft in korea is not that high, so almost all of the loft in korea you cant really stand up. its mostly for sleeping or sitting.
@marvs_uy10 ай бұрын
Hi. Thanks for your reply. Even if the 2nd floor of the loft is not high the room still looks great and looks spacious, still have enough room to breath. Very cool.

Yes, I would like to know the same thing. How much is something like this? Can a person with a regular job afford this? Realistically how is one able to afford it? These videos are a dime a dozen, but doesn’t seem based on real life because the details are always so private. The tour is nice but what will really help people is how to obtain or acquire a space like this, real life stuff. I’m just saying…The apartment is nice tho…
@oleeoreo11 ай бұрын
I’m just doing this apartment tour for fun but i do have people private message me for more details and i was happy to answer all of them though. There are different types of options foreigners can decide when renting a place in korea, like the deposits/rent type, airbnb, co-living space other options etc so it’s really based on what is best for you to choose and afford :)

I have been living in seoul for the last 2 years. And am currently house hunting. ( I'll proverly make a video with all prices included so check it out if interested) But there are 2 renting systems 1.월세 which is monthly rent with a large deposit. 2.전세 you don't pay rent but put down a rediciolus deposit (sometimes half the worth of the unit) and just pay the utility bills and a building maintenance fee. So although I dont know which renting system this creator has chosen I can give realistic estimates. If she chose 월세 she has probably paid a deposit of around 10 - 20 million korean won which will be fully refunded at the end and pays around 500,000 - 900,000 korean won every month depending on the area. If she chose 전세 she could of put down a deposit of anywhere from 200,000,000 - 350,000,000 yet again depending on location which will be fully refunded at the end and she will only pay building maintenance and utility fees. A realistic building maintenance fee fro a new building would be around 70,000 - 100,000 every month and I currently pay around 70,000 a month in seoul for gas, water and electricity.

@@chloe.m342hey thanks for your comment I'm also currently house hunting in seoul I wish to find a place like in this video but I've been to different 부동산 in seoul and my budget seems too low like 1000만원 deposit and monthly rent up to 90만원 with charges included... do you have any area you would recommend to find this kind of place please ? Or any good 부동산 ? 🥹 thanks in advance for your help I'll check your channel too !
@oleeoreo8 ай бұрын
@@emiliedomilici4197 I don't think that's a low budget for that amount, you could find decent officetels for that price in seoul. My officetel's deposit was lower than 1000만원 however i had to pay higher in rent, (which is unusual for most people as they would prefer higher deposits and lower rent, that's why i didnt wanna mention the price here) but your budget is around the average amount. If you need help discussing about the housings, you can also dm me on ig if you want. I've been through the 부동산 situation so I know it could be complicating sometimes. Hopefully you meet an honest 부동산 and find the right place soon ~

I am curious about one remark you made, can you explain if apartments in Seoul come with furniture? Or was it just your apartment?
@acidpearls0311 ай бұрын
Usually they don't come with any furniture, except for the built ins
@sarakim10709 ай бұрын
Usually they do not come with furniture, you should buy it yourself :) Most of the places usually have the kitchen furniture (stove, fridge, sink etc), washing machine and a fully furnished toilet. No desk, no bedframe, no table, no sofa etc. It's also rare to find wardrobes, usually only newer apartments (like hers) do have them. So when moving here, you have to keep into consideration that you'll have to buy some furniture :)
