@@aesblu no. The rent go insanely high due to inflation We have a whole house in my town a village for 700. 4 bedrooms. Places want 1100 or more for a 2 bedroom now with no utilities included

Very nice apartment. And very clean. What I like very much, how the ordenlich the clothes (underwear) is put away. And that in the building there is a restaurant and cafes. If you are lazy to cook something. :D

It depends so much on the place and the deposit so I can't really say exactly. I rented a place in Gangnam a few years ago for 100/95 but it wasn't a loft. Id recommend checking out zzigbang so you can check out what's listed

Yes! Actually for being in the middle of the city it's surprisingly quiet, at least with the window closed to block out the sounds of AC from other buildings and mopeds
