Looking forward to your thoughts on the Danessa Myricks Blooming Romance. It's tempted me but pink isn't the best on my eyes so it would mostly just serve as a blush palette... and I've got plenty of blushes. You're doing such a wonderful job caring for Jackson. I'm sorry to hear he wasn't feeling well and about the accompanying vet bills but he's such a lucky kitty. I admire the way you balance caring for your cats and maintaining your interest in makeup (plus all other life stuff, of course).

I would recommend skipping Vanity from Isamaya if you’re looking for something pigmented. It’s a barely there black balm that kind of just gives a “my lips but dead-er” look. The gloss Black Veil was worth the buy though.

@@foxwaffles The gloss is from Isamaya too! It’s pretty, but it is a “plumping” gloss just to let you know in case that’s a deal breaker. If you can deal with a slight tingle, I think it’s worth trying.

The way you talked about blushes😂😂 Ive bought an insane amount of makeup within the last couple of months because of different sales, and I can barely go through it. I try it on lightly, love it, and then on to the next. The wastefulness kind of disgusted me. I’ve now put myself on a ban for an indefinite amount of time until I start using the things I’ve bought regularly or give them away because I don’t like them. Wish me luck 😭 I’m not impressed by YSL powders or eyeshadows either. I like the foundation, the bronzer bloody sucks. Same goes for Dior’s. I had both groundworks. I sold them both. I don’t know, I wasn’t blown away and the blooming romance kind of came up a bit tan and bronzy on my skin and that’s not why I got it.

Yes it's so easy to fall into the hole and then be like WTF why do I have all this makeup I never use??? I significantly cut back my eyeshadow purchases because of that and honestly it's been nice 👍 I think I'd buy the first Groundworks if it went half off 😂
