You are a very genuine, generous and kind person. Some of those tips you give are pure gold. It’s very specific information that you only have. Not many people take the time to answer questions of this sort. A good many people don’t see the purpose. You’re a good man who is a teacher, businessman, and very hard working individual. I see you use quick books for your business, so you are careful with your money. You take care of the general health by abiding by all health regulations. You have employees whom you pay which contributes so very much to communities by assuring pay and payment of taxes, and are the very backbone of our country. Awesome!

I would like to open a mobile snow cone stand that my grandchildren can work in, and I had planned on calling it Southern Snow, but I see that you have just referenced a company that already uses that name. Is there a way to research company names to avoid future legal difficulties if I create a business and find out that name has previously been used.
