What height do you recommend for the Revolt Lateral Raise attachment? I just put mine together and attached it but I think I have it too high. I see that you have yours about mid-chest level? Have you tried other heights or is that where you tend to keep it at? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Personally I like having mine at shoulder height for lateral raises. I think that helps it have the most tension at the top of the rep. For bent over reverse flys I definitely move it down more towards hip height. I hope that helps!
