That should be a sign that you will cherish for the rest of your life for sure. It came out great and loved the video of how it was made. Reminds me of my time working in a machine shop and using all the lathes and milling machines in the machine shop I worked at in my home town in Maine. One year I made all my Christmas gifts from metal out of the machine shop I worked at, pretty cool.

Happy Thumb 82 here Kaye! The Quality of those Wood Panels is Incredible... Like Tony O below, I would love a CNC machine too.. All the prep and care in the making has really paid off.. Great video beautiful sign.... why was no one wearing hearing protection... the damage is non reversible ... it will accumulate over time... I hope the young lady and young man in this video see these comments and start protecting their hearing .

Why didn't you use the profile with radius to cut the corner radii? Also, a round-over bit would have cut the top radius. No need for router or band saw.
