I have both and I love both. Rehab for going out/general day out. Side Effect for dates/impressing ladies. They’re both great in their element. I prefer Side Effect for date nights. Rehab for general wear/occassions.

So i just bought side effect and it does smell a bit like cough syrup. It smells nice but it's not my fav out of my collection. HOWEVER, the girls love it. So melissa is right in her videos when she says some fragrances you wear you might not like but if you're trying to get a girls attention, LISTEN TO A FEMALE'S OPINION. I will wear side effect more often this winter because girls love it. Even though i don't really love it.

Its surprising how easily impressed ppl are by Side Effect. All I get is a simple generic sweet vanilla fragrance with a little fruitiness. I have both, but I prefer Rehab by far.
