Hey! Thanks for the inquiry. I will plan an update video when I get my office all muded, taped, panted and put together. We moved in January and have been working on renovations and with a now 9 month old and 4 other kids it’s been the busiest so I’ve had to pause on the KZbin videos for now but CAN NOT wait to get doing vids again 😃

Need Help! Anyone know how to actually get in contact with the company? I lost the last few of my aligners but I wasn't originally concerned since the company stated that they will replace any broken or lost aligners. I have tried calling tons of times and tried contacting via email and Facebook with no response. My last aligner was 18 but it was already tossed and I couldn't continue to wear it. Looking like I'm going to have to pay another company to finish what I'm still paying for with SmileLove unless they will make it right.

That happened to me for me when i lost my 14th tray. so i had to skip to the 15. Of course it took more then a day before it even began to slowly make its way to fit my teeth. But there was a huge kick back in regards of feeling more pain because of the pressure. I just wore it double the time since i still needed to make up the time for the the 14th tray. So if you lost one tray. Then your going to have to skip to the next tray. I dont know what's going on with their support since i haven't contacted them since i got my set. I'm on tray 16 and it really is starting to show a huge difference. I guess i was lucky in regards of talking and using their product. I don't know if they are still in buisness because the covid knocked out a lot of business in regards of aligners.

@@a.r4835 Unfortunately I lost aligner 19 - 24 so I couldn't go to the next one. How I lost them I have no idea but it would be nice for them to at least contact their current customers and let them know what happened. Worst part is I just paid for straight teeth and now they have shifted back so its like I did nothing. I'm looking to get aligners from Byte this time. They are about the same price but only a 3-4 month plan.

I’m so sorry for your experience with them. That isn’t right! I just broke my top retainer ans ordered a new one so hopefully it comes. I’ve had such a great experience so it’s crazy to read that some people have the worst. The reason I went with them over others was because of the good reviews I read and now I’m seeing negative reviews and wondering if covid has affected their company?? I’m Very sorry I was just coming from my experience which like I said has been good.

I wouldn't recommend you use Smile Love. This is not meant to talk bad about them because I certainly can prove and show what my finish result look like from using Smile Love and my results is nowhere like the video they send you of what you can expect the outcome to be. I recommend you watch more YT videos about them.... you will notice many talk about being left with 'a gap' between 2 teeth and many YT never show you the final results probably because of that gap. I never had any gap between my teeth in my life. My teeth aligner case wasn't terrible (like some have really bad teeth). The problem with Smile Love is they don't send you all the trays you need. You end up needing more aligners which they charge you for. That is how they get away with that $400 discount. In my case, I only had one upper tooth I needed 1/2 rotated and back into its spot - that was all my uppers needed. At the end of the 20 weeks, I was left with 1/2 a rotated tooth (the tooth never completely rotated, it only rotated half way) and also now I have a big gap between those 2 teeth. I will go to the dentist to have the gap fix (after covid) but the rotation was a total fail. My bottom was 1/2 completed also, I would need more aligners. I highly recommend you go to a dentist if you have a bad case or you are young. I am older but if I was younger, I would have paid the price and used a dentist. I am grateful we have to wear masks now because it hides that front gap (its pretty bad to see it every day when you never had a gap between your teeth in your life but that's what you get for using on online service I guess. Some KZbinr remove negatives complaints about them so I recommend you do online searches also to read reviews. Good luck!
