Can you do a video on how you and Brian will handle bills once you're married? Will you combine bank accounts? My husband and I have one combined accounts for bills and we each have our own savings account in order to avoid any petty fights on who feels like being frivolous or not. I know this is a more modern approach than how our parents likely do/did things.

Ahhh this is inspiring. I didn’t have a bachelorette (2020 bride here… my big wedding turned into an elopement). But maybe I owe it to myself to go on a late solo bach! Great job staying under budget. I say if you have the money and aren’t in debt, go on and treat your self. This is a once in a lifetime occasion - make it count!

I didn’t do a bachelorette but I did a solo backpacking trip this March for my 30th and having the time to myself 100% was much needed for some reflection and recharging. I definitely did some ugly crying on the trail but it was needed.

Love this! My bachelorette party was at Disneyland haha (my husband and I met in SoCal and had many dates there, then we got married in the Bay Area). My sister (my MOH) planned a scavenger hunt where she had my bridesmaids stationed around the park with clues. It ended with a dinner where she presented me with letters from my loved ones. It was so thoughtful, I cried! Haha she also made us matching ears to wear around the park. Loved my Bach party but ready to plan a solo trip like this (I’m a mom of two now haha)

We went to my family house in upstate NY because I didn’t want people breaking the bank. Went to a spa up there and just hung out, I was 25. Now at 30 this is the type of trip I’d like to do.

It completely depends on your income! In NYC I'm probably looking at 20k for a wedding, 3-5k for bachelorette seems very reasonable
