I’m a physician and have seen too many of these pseudoscience medical practices pop up in recent years, mostly in wealthy urban areas. Definitely do not pursue IV therapy as it may destroy your available veins, and if you ever truly need IV medications in the future, you may have difficulty obtaining IV access. What the doctor said makes zero sense with regard to kidneys. Having a low urea level is not a problem. When kidney filtration is low (ie in chronic kidney disease), the urea level is higher than normal. In fact, people start dialysis for uremia (aka when urea is dangerously high).

I am also a physician/kidney doctor and agree with the statement above. I listened to the audio a few times and disagree with some of his statements...the pathophysiology he was explaining does not seem accurate (unless there was other things I missed from clips you didn’t show).

It’s so funny how every time I am going through something you post a video about the same exact thing! I literally just spent hours shopping for shorts went to ross, target, marshalls and it was an emotional long day and I get home and you upload the video about shorts shopping! The invisaline, and now this! I pee a lot too and have trouble with weight loss too! Am not happy with my doctor he seems to not care about my wellness and always wants to just put a bandaid and send me off like I am wasting his time. I like that your dr. Is actually helping you change your diet even pointing out specific foods to avoid and giving you vitamins instead of meds that have bad side effects. Love your vlogs and love you! OMG I just got back from my honeymoon in Hawaii and became obsessed with shave ice. I'm literally salivating thinking about your shave ice bar! Also, I got married in the beginning of June and was super stressed about it, but everything went well! Your skin really looks amazing! I know you didn't ask for pre-wedding beauty advice, but I did a ton of different treatments and out of all of them would recommend a PRP microneedling treatment about 2 months before (super glow-y skin, made it plump, but you'll probably need a week or so recovery time to see results and expensive) and aquagold fine touch about 2 weeks before (shrinks pores, helps with acne, basically makes your face look filtered because they stamp vitamins, botox, and hyaluronic acid onto the superficial layer of your skin so it smooths out fine lines you didn't even know you had, but also expensive)

My wedding is next weekend and you seem so much more prepared than me with your signs! I’m last minute handwriting signs on cardstock for signs, oops. Also your cake toppers are adorable! When I got my dress tailored, i had 3 fittings. They really are good at what they do, since my gown was heavy they added a waist stay so it won’t pull down the top. And they adjusted the bust and hemmed all 5 layers!

Aja I am so so relieved for you and happy that your doc is so open and knowledgeable. Please share details about your doctor! I have searched high and low for someone to explain my blood results to me. They just tell me I’m not anemic and then move on. Very often I end up crying after my appointment in sheer disappointment.

mine was $5k, but that's the budget my mom set as she paid for it. The dress I ended up getting was $4k but there was another one I liked that was $2k at another salon but it just wasn't the right dress for an outdoor wedding. Plus, there are some great dress rental options in LA too!

Was this your regular PCP or a specialist of some kind? If your doc is a specialist, would you mind sharing what kind or how you got your doc to investigate this? I feel like docs never want to look into this kind of stuff for me

@@nadiaborysyk No this was a specialist. They belive in IV drip therapy, which some of my doctor friends definitely think it's a hoax but I'd rather try this than be prescribed medication.

@@AjaDang was it a medical doctor you were speaking to? I find the recommendation not to eat mushrooms very specific and odd which makes me suspicious. I’ve been so traumatized by naturopathic doctors who were basically charlatans and did nothing but take my money.

@@rachell4912 I definitely understand. For me, I've never felt taken advantage of and I like that he prescribes diet changes and vitamins instead of medication. For me, I'm happy to try it to see if it even works and how my body responds to it.

@@AjaDang yup, good for you, that’s the right approach. I just didn’t want you to be disappointed and I have been so often!!! But everyone is an individual with an individual makeup and composition so you may be in the exact right place. I just know it didn’t work for me and it was expensive. Something that my trainer said to me often (and trust me I rolled my eyes) is that I was not eating enough for the intensity of my workouts. You are working out like an athlete, no joke. I wonder if you could bump up the protein instead of eliminating something. Just a thought. Best of luck to you. I find you look beautiful.

We don't bc we haven't found any shoes that work so we don't walk the boys between 1 - 4 when there's no shade in our area.
