Mary Mother of God Is her Title for well over 1,000 years. She was given this Title to combat heretics who denied Jesus was The Savior & Son of God, claiming he was just a good man, or had a split. I just read in the morning the part where Jesus was praying before His arrest. He was in distress. His disciplines didn't watch Him. They fell asleep each time. Nobody even comforted Jesus. I cried. We humans are so weak. Jesus is so powerful. He could have shut down the world, but He wanted His Father's will to be done. Father God gave His only Son as a sacrifice for our sin. Jesus put back the ear of the Roman soldier after Petet cut it during the arrest of Jesus. Jesus is God. I am in medical field. It would take a while to stitch back the ear, and it will take a while to heal. But, Jesus put back the ear instantly. Just imagine that! This is one proof that Jesus is God! It is also a proof that Jesus died for us willingly. Absolutely amazing! We are so blessed to have such a generous and kind God! Thank you Father God!❤❤❤ Thank you Jesus!❤❤❤

The actual biblical wording used to address Mary or that Mary herself said ('full of grace' and 'all generations will call me blessed', for example) were changed on this version. Jesus doesn't lose anything by acknowledging the graces Mary received from God as those graces are a glimpse of what the Lord want for all of us to receive. And addressing some comments, Mary can be and is called Mother of God because we believe Jesus is God, she didn't created God but she gave birth to God incarnated. If we deny that Mary is Mother of God, we are denying that Christ is God. Again, it isn't taking anything away for what rightly belongs only to Christ.
