Jesus called people to worship only God, the same message that all prophets before him gave. Jesus is a great prophet sent by God to help people and give them light of guidance and show them mercy of Lord. Prophet Adam had no father or mother, but no one says he is son of God, how can Jesus be son of God? This has been repeated since childhood, but if you really think , you would admit that it does not make sense. God is not like humans, does not have a material body and does not need a child, He has sent many prophets to guide people and Jesus is one of the prophets. The fact is ,contrary to what is shown in this movie, Jesus himself never claimed to be son of God, He invited all to worship God. God is only One and has no kids or parents, He is One and Only, He does not need anyone while all depend on Him, He neither begat nor was begotten, there is no one like Him and no one comparable to Him.

The actual biblical wording used to address Mary or that Mary herself said ('full of grace' and 'all generations will call me blessed', for example) were changed on this version. Jesus doesn't lose anything by acknowledging the graces Mary received from God as those graces are a glimpse of what the Lord want for all of us to receive. And addressing some comments, Mary can be and is called Mother of God because we believe Jesus is God, she didn't created God but she gave birth to God incarnated. If we deny that Mary is Mother of God, we are denying that Christ is God. Again, it isn't taking anything away for what rightly belongs only to Christ.
