I had 200k+ streams in 2023, and in the 100ks the year before, but 2022 felt way more impactful and I feel like 2023 wasn’t as impactful because I CANT REACH MY AUDIENCE, so I am also trying to grow on KZbin hoping that this will spark change! Also collaborating more, as I like to collaborate but finding collaborators that also sing is difficult

Interesting perspective. As a tiny "artist," I'm just trying to get better and improve my skills. I don't know how to feel about the "less concerned about the quality of my art" statement. I wondered if it got communicated properly! a lot of artists are so focused on blowing up they neglect quality and improvement! My point was I’ve worked 6 years on my craft and I’m confident as a musician so now I’m focusing on how to promote the art I’ve worked hard on I think a lot of beginners struggle to seperate the two hence “don’t focus on the numbers”
