I have used this and the Amazing Base for years. Love them both. They are different shades so they are not interchangeable, but they both make my skin look amazing. The loose is a bit more luminous and takes more effort to build it up, but they are both amazing. 🙂

I prefer powder foundations. I’ll have to try this one next! I’m dying for Hourglass to come out with one. I also like to mix diffused light or ambient with the powder foundation. Bare minerals is a really good one also. 💖

Bare minerals was launched when I was 19 .. I’m 42. I tried it and so did every woman we knew . Used it for a bit then my skin started hating it. I don’t miss it at all. I never went back to that type of makeup . I don’t know anyone who uses it anymore and it’s crazy stores still sell it . I was shocked Bobbi brown was taken out of our dept stores and not bare minerals.. but I live in central Cali so it made sense that Bobbi’s went first and not BM… (its from San Francisco).. so ya I still have it at our local Ultas but not anywhere else. Don’t miss it! It was so messy and never lasted .

I almost strictly use BareMinerals loose powders and have for years, haha. My skin just doesn't seem to agree with liquids/creams. Whenever I try to stray from BareMinerals I always wind up having allergic reactions to the products or breakouts. They have slowly been doing away with their powders and it bums me out, I don't know what I'll do if they do away with them completely

I bought that Maybelline nude glow it literally burnt my eyelid so bad!!! As soon as I applied it thank God it was only the 1 eye n I removed it immediately and my eyelid was all red! The next couple days u could feel the skin was very dry n wrinkled!!!

My skin eats cream blushes even when I apply powder first, so I’ll try She’s That Girl. I’m hoping it won’t fade like cream blushes without a powder component. Thanks Blair!
