Considering the story keeps mentioning she's suffering a mental illness, it's clear to assume that she has what's called "Munchausen Syndrome", but this time inflicted on another. What's rare is that this happened on a stepmother, and her last intention was to kill her stepchild, think there was apparently yet another mental disorder for that, which some ironically call it "Angel of Death", fitting.

In her mind, she wasn't able to find a way to get them all, as a family, into one sync. The perfect family. Even though physically, they were together as a family, she didn't feel that way. And she desperately wanted to feel that. She deluded herself on, how if they all died together, they'd finally be in that perfect sync, all of them dead and then meeting each other in heaven. So she was probably planning to not only kill the kid, the dad, but also herself as well. She raised the bar on "American dream family" scenario, lol.

Depression and attempted murder often is child abuse or general abuse from a partner can result in mind games in some, like losing a child a mom or some one close thinking on how my family smoke around me when I was young and more, but when my cosines were born they never did, mental is how come, they thought that me being mental was ok to do harm though harsh like attempts since I was consider this, they could get away with it due to me or others being branded lairs, this is how some people can die early in life or after because it can show the ones behind you more of a problem then you think, like the mad women or man except the family are and you are the only sane. here is a list in my opinion on the best horror youtubers 6. Morty: This guy tried to hit a new animation and flopped badly also most of his stories are copy and paste 5. Dr No Sleep This is a straight up Wannsee entertainment rip off but his stories are scarier I can credit that 4. Wannsee entertainment (Old) there's hardly any difference between old and new but the animation a long time ago to now has improved but I'm starting to get My Story vibes, your guys animation are too similar also Wannsee holds the record for the worlds longest horror video I think its around 10 hours. 3. llama arts: This guy holds the record for the best animation his animation is so sleek but his horror stories fails to scare me. 2. Mr Nightmare (Old) The reason why old is better is because he is running out of horror stories to say but the thing I like about him is that he has a variety of different types of horror stories which is cool 1. Horror Shorts Party (Dark web series) This series really loves money but other then the animation the random jump scares the 10 minute horror stories these be the scariest ones the reason why is because like I said random jump scares the story is good to and the animation is the straight up scary Like pls I worked hard on this (maybe a bit too hard).
