Do you know when do you start seeing the effects of meditation on the brain? Like after one year or a decade of consistent meditation?

That's a great question. I find that if I'm very consistent in meditating for even just 10 minutes a day, I can start to to see the effects within a week or two. I think the more consistently one meditates the more evident the changes become. When meditation starts to change your brain, it also starts to change the way you move through the world on a daily basis. As a result, you experience life differently. I hope I'm making some sense, but the point is the longer you do it the more you notice how it causes changes in your life.
