I’m literally going through the same thing right now I’m a junior in high school trying to stay in the word, and all through my sophomore year I talked to this girl in my band class who I thought was the one then she asked me out then changed here mind and showed her true colors and moved away. Then today I saw this KZbin channel and I finally know that God moved her out of my life for a reason which was to stop me from doing something I might regret.

My heart goes out to you. Bring led on is awful and it hurts so so bad. But if you want to get married one day you can never forget that pain. That pain is what’s going to keep you rely on God and it will help you to keep your eyes focused on him. The Lord has someone for you just don’t lose faith in the Lord to bring her to you.

Though by the grace of God I am fully content being single, I do experience more times of longing for marriage the older I get. I'm 28 and waiting on the Lord in purity for the right guy. So far there are no possibilities; in fact, I've never met anyone who came close to what I pray for. However, I rejoice in the love of Christ and the life work He has called me to. Thank you for sharing your story. It really does mean a lot to hear from other people who went through that waiting period and learned to rely on the faithfulness of God.

Don’t worry brother. You aren’t along in that loneliness journey, I can remember being in college at a table full of people and still feeling alone and unseen. I could walk away and no one would notice. It’s a tough journey, and I, at least, can still feel that feeling. I went through high school and four years of college with no girlfriend, I did the same, prayed for a wife, prayed over my future wife, prayed for her to come into my life. Then one day, five years into college ( don’t get me started), this freshman walks into a biology class she shouldn’t have been in… and that was it. We have been married for 18 years now. And back in the day wasn’t the 2010s! Geez you’re killing me. 2000s we’re back in the day! 😂

A rare moment when KZbin recommends me a video of someone REAL telling their REAL story, instead of some self proclaimed psychologist telling me about how many fish in the sea there are. I'm 22, went through a nasty breakup earlier this year. I don't have any friends right now. This really helps, thank you man.

Admirable putting your self out there like this good job. 👍🏻 I think you will help many people with this. It reminds me of the scripture I will paraphrase.. in all things God can work it for good. Something like that I’m having trouble remembering 😅

Thank you for the sub. My heart really goes out to all the young men out there trying to find wives. This culture doesn’t make it easy, but trust in the Lord and he will see you through.

Thank you so much for sharing this, it really encouraged me to trust God as I’m in a similar place in life as you were, 21 with no girlfriend and a bunch of my friends are getting married. To anyone else who is in a similar place, I would highly recommend the book “7 Myths about Singleness” by Sam Allberry. I read that a couple years ago and it really helped me deal with loneliness as well.

This guy has more authentic intelligence, personality and charisma than 95% of the most famous people on social media.... Hes so obviously a sincere and thoughtful and authentic human. I will be alone for the rest of time....but im glad this guy found a wife..im sure she is fantastic.
