Lou was right when he said that Ric looked like himself and Bill Bixby at the same time. Excellent casting choice....I did notice that in the close-ups,...it was Bixby,....and Mr. Drasin was used for the distance shots. 'Prometheus' is one of my favorite episodes from that series.

The Hulk was one of the best super hero shows on tv. Anyone who loved bodybuilders as a kid loved Lou Ferrigno and loved the Hulk. I never knew who was the in between Hulk and that is how I found Ric Drasin on youtube. I looked it up and it brought me to Ric Drasin's pod cast.

I was at the LA convention center in 1978 or 79 ish can’t remember exactly but it was a car show and Lou Ferrigno was there and I will never forget how huge he was. In one picture of you Ric standing, and “The Hulk” sitting, he even made you look normal size. Wonderful memories and life you have carved out for yourself sir. Great story Ric! Bill Bixby is one of my favorite actors...I've always wondered what he was like in real life. Love The Incredible Hulk series...I watched it for years before I realized that Lurch (Ted Cassidy) did the opening voice work.

I remember wen I was young and watched this episode 1st time round. Absolutely brilliant thought bill had gone to the gym. I bought the box set of dvds Christmas and my friends thought the same.. really interesting about the make up. Shame they didn't have you on more episodes. Brilliant stuff Ric

Hello again Mr. Dresin from out here in Philly!!! As I commented previously on one of your videos, I am 44 yrs old and your are bringing up all of theses surpressed memories of the 'bodybuilding' things my father had introduced to me. It's like a weird psychiatrist session! Lol. Anyway, I can remember that episode, clear as day, thinking 'how cool....some other sort of hulk version.' All these years later, it's turns out to be the bodybuilding icon I follow on KZbin. It's the closest I will ever get to be with your group back then; my "connection" to that time. Really cool! Thank you again Mr. dresin and, please, keep them coming!!

I kind of figured there was something different about who was playing back up for the demi hulk.....At the time when I first saw PROMETHEUS , I didn't really paid attention at first until I saw it again and then I realized it was Ric Drasin and not Bill Bixby.....

The Demi-Hulk was my favorite. The Hollywood studios should have considered a split-off television series based on the Demi-Hulk. I considered the off-beat character of the Demi-Hulk had a lot of potential for further exploitation on film.

Why couldn't Drasin do the whole semi Hulk part? Why did Bixby do the close shots? Dick Durock (who incidentally played a sinister demi Hulk in the Hulk episode The First) said that when he did the Swamp Thing movies, that at first the director only wanted him for the far shots of Swamp Thing but that he insisted he play the entire part

Well my guess is, if they had him for the close shots, number 1, Bill Bixby, wouldn't be seen through just about the entire ep, only the beginning and the end, also people would have noticed the difference, in Bixbys face and Ricks face.
