Great video man! It's refreshing to hear someone be so open about their mental health struggles, being someone that has also had their own demons to conquer in the past. I can't emphasise enough to anyone watching this video the importance of reaching out for help if you need it. There is no shame in admitting your struggles and you will quickly realise who your real friends are this way as well. Honest and open communication with those that love you is the groundwork for overcoming these obstacles and you aren't alone. Love the personal content man! Keep it up!
