The mornings with little ones are so precious and time goes by so fast! I used to have the same coffee problem then I invested in the yeti mugs with the lids and that coffee stays hot for hours. I missed using my pretty ones so instead I display them and use them for water in the evenings etc to give them some love too. Great video❤

Love this! One great blessing in my own morning routine is that I meet with a precious friend to walk, talk, and pray. We’ve been doing this for 35 years, ever since we were young moms. Today’s prayer really caught my attention when you read about serving even without recognition. That has been something I’ve struggled with and still have to work on. Thanks Kristen!

You are such a beautiful person inside and out. I know sometimes I don’t spend enough time with our Lord, but my days are better when I do. My best time is when I have my coffee too. The collagen has made my hair thicker, and my eyebrows grow back ( low thyroid ) and better eyelashes. Your little one just grabbed my heart..her and her daddy together was a precious moment. Thanks for sharing this. I get a booklet every month called Mornings with Jesus …sometimes it gets read in the evenings. I have never been a good morning person. A guy at church said it is always good to just say Good morning Lord and be thankful for another day. ❤❤❤

Kristen I LOVED this video. Often times a day in the life seems so glamorous or not within reach when posted on social media. But your morning routine seems so relaxing and stress free. Although difficult, it is so rewarding to wake up early and start our mornings without all the noise and chaos that the day can bring. I love early mornings!! The laundry sheets by Earth Breeze seem so practical. I may have to give them a try. I am not a coffee drinker but my husband is so he gets the coffee going in the morning and I do love the smell. Before I retired and for 36 years I had to be at work by 8:00 all the while getting our 2 sons up and ready for school. I look back and I don't really know how I did it. I for certain got up early during those years!! Thank you for sharing your lovely morning. I love how your husband is involved too and how precious are your daughters!! God bless your family! Our morning routines are so similar. I started the Bible Recap in Jan 2020, and haven’t missed a day since then. It really put the desire in me to read the WORD. Our home decor tastes are similar too. I even showed my husband your home style and he said yes, we are😊. I love how you appreciate and love your husband, and the way your little one was with him. You are so blessed, and your daughters especially, to have parents that love each other. My husband and I just celebrated our 40th. I joke that it’s the same time the Israelites wandered in the desert😉

I am catching up on your videos and wanted to say how much I admire you and how you thrift to decorate. I loved those blue and white plates and found some on Etsy, the whole set made it too expensive, $80 for shipping! So, I just bought 4 and will add more as I go along. Thank you! The one thing I might have changed in the house if I'd bought it is making the dining room into a formal entry with a center round table for vases and turning that room behind the kitchen into the dining room.

Birdies need a home too! They chose your home for safety and protection, all God’s creatures! Before I got injured from work I never had a day without makeup, raised my son while working 70+ hours a week making dinner the night before for the next day to just go in the oven etc. Leftovers were my best friend😂 I worked weekends and nights so thankful for my friend (his Godmother) who helped out around my crazy retail schedule. Now I homestead, rarely wear makeup and sometimes feel like I’ve lost something. So, that said I think I need to ditch the sweatpants and no makeup and at least try jeans and a face😂 God bless you and your beautiful family! I got my ticket btw, wish I could afford the upgrade but I’ll just have to plan for the videos. ❤

I'm trying to wake up at 5:30am to get my day started before my kids are up. Now that I am homeschooling 2 kids while also taking care of a baby, my day is VERY hectic. I'm trying to be more regimented with my time and completing certain household chores on certain days each week so I don't get too far behind. We are only 1 week into the school year, so we shall see how it goes.

Just a weird random thought for your laundry area. You said it was creepy ansdand eyesore. I thought maybe you could run a cable or some type of wire across the ugly plumbing pipes and hang some pretty vintage sheets there to ass a touch of color , hide the ugly and still be able to get to pipes if you need to. I used to have a a very dark and very creepy basement laundry room. The washer and dryer were in the farthest corner from the stairwell, there was one lone hanging lightbulb over the washer and there was an old coal room where they used to shovel coal through a window, and the coal would be there for the coal furnace, BUT the hinges for the door were unlevel so I would be down there folding laundry or utting laundry in the dryer and that door right behind me would just randomly creak open by itself! We lived there 5 years...
