My study on wlop's art

I know my art still needs a lot of work. I've been painting for 10 months now, and trying to draw like WLOP was probably my biggest mistake. Ruan Jia is another artist I admire; he uses a hard brush instead of a soft one, and I’ve started painting more like him. I actually enjoy painting this way more than trying to follow WLOP’s style. WLOP has years of experience and a deep understanding of light and color-things I’m still learning. Another mistake I made was trying to tackle big projects right away instead of focusing on the basics. Big projects include everything: environment, clothing, characters, etc. That approach can help you improve, but it takes years. This week, I'll make a video about Ruan Jia, then take a week off to practice. After that, I'll upload a video showing the progress I made over the week.
