I would love to see Mufti Menk doing Sunnah tutorials. Like correct way of doing wudu, eating, drinking, all the normal day stuff and telling which duas to recite doing those things. It would be very informative and good thing to watch ❤️

There’s plenty of tutorials by reputable scholars on these subjects. These subjects should be studied methodically rather than snippets. Time to take the religion abit seriously… we do it for academics and to earn a living but when it comes to religion we want quick red bull reminders as boosters which whither away. Besides mufti won’t do such things as ppl differ in fiqh and they’ll be comments wars with the hanafi shafi hanbali Maaliki’s.

Its Amazing progress! First days of ramadan, i ate heavy during suhoor and made sure i don't feel hungry/thirsty during the day, i.e roti, and as days passed, i ate less and less, eventually falling to only dates and water a few mins before fajr azan. the last 2 days, even though i was supposed to eat, i didn't eat food at all, Which i felt bad because it was sunnah to do so. But one thing i realized from all this is that we don't need excess food, or even food for long periods of time. Just like the sahaba who went without food for weeks on end during battles and our ancestors who found food sometimes and sometimes went hungry. This is just desire and habit/addiction of eating. We don't need it. After ramadan, your body has adapted so much to the routine, like i surprisingly experienced, you could stay without food for nearly 24 hrs or even much more. Junk foods and fast foods are all just a means of making money by making people adopt unhealthy eating habits and wanting to buy more and more!

Subhanallah, I experienced the same thing! I only ate dates and water for sahoor the entire Ramadan, it was hard at first but my body adapted.

You still need food to live though. Otherwise you would *** of starvation caused by malnutrition. So don't neglect food

Manshallah simplicity at it's finest..may allah bless and protect sheik mufti always🙏🏽..my suhoor consists of either grinded sorghum which i cook n make into oatmeal or just plain white rice with organic honey and fermented camel milk..alhamdulilah as im somone with gluten/wheat intolerance so my food options are limited and I am in somalia atm, alhamdulilah thou grateful to almighty😌

I just have Jungle oats in the morning with coffee for Sheri n Mashaallah that is sufficient for me n keeps me well for the fasting day, sometimes less is more especially in the month of Ramadan

@@MrZERK7 I'm not kidding. I don't know how much sugar it contains but Our body needs sugar and salt in correct proportional ratio in daily basis. Otherwise our brain doesn't work. We should take it correct ratio according to our age but not much more....

I could but with milk. I normally eat Oats boiled with milk at Suhoor and it is the best, it keeps me full whole day without heartburn.

Last year on the last day of ramadan I woke up late and only had 2 bananas and 4 dates for suhoor and it felt amazing throughout the day, i didn't feel thirsty or hungry for a single moment, but now when i eat well i do 🙃.

As Salaamu Alaikum Please make dua for my family. Some are sick physically, emotionally, and most importantly spiritually. Please ask Allah subhana wa ta'ala to turn our hearts toward Him and not away from him. For us to stay away from major sin and for the Quran to be our go to in any situation be it happy or sad. Rolled oats are nice. You can make it the night before with water or milk and leave it in the fridge or table. The oats are ready by suhr time. I also add a couple dates or seeds. Its slow releasing and helps lower cholesterol and risk of diabetes, Inshallah ta’Allah.
