It's always that white hive that comes back strong, isn't it!! They've got some amazing genetics in there, even if they aren't usually as nice and calm as this. Glad things seems to be picking up for you, at least where they're concerned. Hope to see that the others are picking up, too.

As packed as it was I like that he put another box on. I think he prevented a swarm.

Sorry to be a critic but the white hive needed room so I would have moved a couple of the brood frames to the top box and dropped in some drawn comb, and you should have taken advantage of the flow and yanked the feeder in the nuc, but the frame of brood was a good move, and hey you don't sound so depressed any more and that is fantastic in itself.

Unfortunately I don’t have any drawn comb that’s in good nic. And every time I introduce a new frame into a brood nest I get slaughtered in the comments. So either way.
