The dev said that he converted the games radio audio to 22050hz as well as change the track to mono so that it sounds like its actually coming from a radio

If you did everything in this video and your CD disk still doesnt spawn try removing the ".ogg" part in the file names that worked for me.

probably because you have the .ogg extension hidden, so the game was reading "track1.ogg.ogg" when you deleted .ogg it was corrected.

Not that I know of. But you can find the songs on youtube and use an online KZbin to mp3 download thing. Can't guarantee the quality but atleast it's something buddy

Nie da się, po eksporcie tym ogg dalej pokazuje mi się ten sam plik tylko z inną nazwą (track 1) i CD nawet się w grze nie pokazuje, a robię wszystko razem z tym poradnikiem i nie wiem czy to może przez to ale ty masz OGG Vorbis Flesz a ja Plik OGG Vorbis, a nie mogę pobrać wersji 3.1.2 bo pokazuje 3.1.3 i tylko 3.1.3 mogę pobrać
