I have been playing Hill climb racing 2 and I bought all cars including the car that was recently released in the update. Some of those cars are more than halfway to the maximum upgrades and some of them are less than halfway to the maximum upgrades. Have you played Hill climb racing 2?

Possibly a fuel mixture problem. Buy the little meter that showst between 6-16. Find a video where they tune this, just search for MSC fuel mixture problem
