Wow! Super cool! One of the best setups with anubias I have ever seen!! Can you post a video of the aquascape arch. Next time? I would like to setup the same tank...

Thanks for watching Vijay! I've actually taken down this aquarium but I do have a video of the driftwood pieces with all the anubias growth on it from when I took it down! Hopefully I will be setting up something similar to this soon, so I will make a detailed video of that for you!

@@Widquatics So nice of you buddy! Am from India and here the knowledge of people in aquascaping is zero. I have been facing a hard time gaining knowledge! Your videos are very helpful.. and here only few kinds of aquatic plants are available.. Anubias is super rare here.. and bucephalandra.. I have never seen it Live..I really really love your work! I have few anubias plants which were thrown away at a store as there were no leaves on it.. I got those rhizomes.. Few rhizomes have 1 or 2 leaves but that too half leaf each gone.. I have good LED lighting.. Will those anubias rhizome survive?

For the CO2,you could run a line straight into the filter and have it diffuse there. However if you are worried about breaking your impeller on your filter I wouldnt do it,air pockets could(pretty good chance) form and COULD break the impeller. I had a C360 I set up 2 years ago with a fluval ceramic diffuser right under the intake and I had no issues for 2 years,im using the same filter right now on a 100 gal. Another way is to make your own in-line system out of a larger piece of vinyl tubing and attach out to your output tube,that way you have good diffusion,no impeller breakage and you cant see the diffuser inside the tank.

Yeah that is a good technique for getting more CO2 diffusion! I think with a slow enough bubble rate it probably would be fine on the impeller. An in line diffuser sounds like a fun DIY project, I do like the look of a glass diffuser in the aquarium too though haha Thanks for the info! 😀👍

Can you plant plants in a non-salt water aquarium? Do you know by chance?
@Widquatics6 жыл бұрын
Hey Javier! Yes, there are many aquarium plants that you can plant in a non-salt water (freshwater) aquarium! This video shows a few examples that I used in my aquarium. Although, one thing to keep in mind is that some aquarium fish like to eat plants so you have to make sure your fish are compatible with the plants that you add. And if by plants you mean terrestrial or house plants the short answer is no, most will eventually rot if they are submerged under water.
