I am making this top for my grand daughter Paige. This is the second top I have made for her in the last few days. I am using Peaches and Cream Pale Yellow. I am also making a pair of high waisted shorts to match the first top I made. Peaches and Creme, I believe it is called Cotton Candy. I think she could wear the two for a swim outfit if she wants. I love your patterns and have a folder on my desktop of my favorites to make for myself and Paige, who is now 15. I can't believe how time flies. She has an older sister by 18 months and two cousins 10 and 12. I have helped raise all four of them but now, this Gramma is going to be traveling. I can take my yarns and your videos along with me wherever I go, thankfully. I am so appreciative of your generosity. I do best watching something being made, visual. I get confused if patterns are too intricate/complicated. I actually have not crocheted in years. I changed to knitting 15-20 years ago because clothing patterns were more plentiful. I was pleasantly surprised recently when I found so many beautiful videos on KZbin for clothing. I am so happy that there are people like you that figure out how to do these outfits and share them with us. I have remembered almost everything my Aunt Hope taught me 40 years ago. It is like riding a bicycle it all or most comes back. I did have a thought I wanted to pass by you. In reference to your shorts that are made like a tube. Could you on three or four of the top rows (forming the waist) do single crochet on the front half and double crochet on the back half which would almost look like half rows but would lengthen the back in comparison to the front. This way no slippage and allow for a fuller booty? Just a thought I had that I wanted to pass by you. I love your personality, so open and caring. I like that you share things about yourself. I tend to be an open book with people, what you see is what you get. I wish you much happiness and success with all of your endeavors. Thank you again. From this Gramma to Glama.

this is the first time i watched one of your videos, and you do really nice work, I've been crocheting a year and am working on making my own patterns. Any who do you have a pattern for the hello kitty hats the two little girls are wearing in the video. I have some sunday school kids who would love those hats ive seen a couple patterns for them but yours were by far the best.
