Hi Glama, There is many YT videos with crochet tutorials, but you really take the cake as far as I am concerned! Your positive attitude and angelic patience explaining is yet to be surpassed. I never crochet before...though I knew the basics, but it always seem too tedious and time consuming... :) ...counting stitches and patterns competing for some technical awards in complexity. But as arthritis set up and needed some finger excercise, I have decided take on crochet... to make long story short, I did several sockies some months ago (on your channel instructions), and now I came across the shorts pattern... I will start tomorrow, after I get some 100% cotton ... You are genius and a wonderful teacher in my books! Thanks a lot!!!!

Hi Glama! I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to add a pineapple stitch to your super easy summer shorts pattern. To be honest, I have been searching everywhere for a pants pattern when I came across your shorts pattern, I thought, well I can just extend them out into pants, which I hope you don't mind. but as I'm going along, they need a little something and so I thought I'd add the pineapple stitch to them. I know how to make a single motif, but not how to make it into a consistent pattern, if you know what I mean? And I am just really hoping you can help me out with that. Thank you so much!

I wish you would have backed the camera up so we could have seen all of the short’s that you made, some of the most important part being the legs and how they looked attached to the rest of the short’s body. Seeing a close up of your beautiful hands and ring should have been saved for a different show.
