An interesting tech choice that I saw not long ago for this deck is Message in a Bottle. It can special summon 3 of your monsters with different levels from the gy, with the restriction that you can only xyz summon. That card works well with this deck because with the field spell you can simply overlay with one monster and you could adjust the levels to go into your Xyzs

I've used it, and it can be really clutch when it works. Just be careful as it won't let you use the Fairy Alphan summon effect the turn you use message in the bottle, but you can use it's effect to make all monsters match level if you don't have your field spell.

I was playing this a couple of months ago with a Performage Engine & now I've rebuilt it to utilize Danger! & PK

I never thought of using Phantom Knights. How many PK cards did you use with it? Did you use a rank up spell?

To continue your combo blue search’s a card on summon so you would add white layer to your hand. Discard white layer to summon another xyz. The white layer adds a fairy alphan to the hand to discard to summon your 3rd xyz monster. With that you have great magnus on the field with 6 material.

You underplayed the important feature of Alphan Spike, that it can search the field spell if you remove it from the graveyard with a rabbit. Great way to surprise your opponent if they destroy your field and think you can't use it anymore. I've played Super Quant since Jan, it's what got me back into Yu-gi-oh, and I think there's some potential good tech options you haven't considered. Instead of 3 summoner monk, maybe swap out 2 for 1 star Drawing (it can be level 4 or 5, whatever you need) and a goblindbergh to get more summons for Green/Blue/Alphan. As for the extra deck, some options I've used and seen include: Megaclops as a way to take control if your Magnus is outed using the three xyz it summons from the grave, Linkmail Archfiend can make your opponents very weak especially if you target magnus while protecting your mecha from monster effects, and Barricade Blocker seems like a cool idea (haven't tried it) since it not only protects your field spells, it can bring you your field spell at the end of the turn all for the cost of a discard, which this deck does anyway. If I might make a few more suggestions, perhaps instead of Tricky you use some Danger! cards? They discard as well but offer more effects. There aren't any level 5 sadly, but there are level 7 for White Layer and level 3-4 for Green and Blue. For Level 5 maybe look at Overlay Booster, it's perfect for special summoning after Red Layer, or almost any of your big mecha. And it also can boost your xyz monsters' ATK points after it's in the graveyard to a point where they can hit over a non-powered Dragoon. imo the best way to search Carrier using Alphan Strikegiven you have pretty much 10 ways to search alphan, making it 7 searches of carrier using Foolish Burial Goods (its 70% chance on turn 1 for carrier). ps i think an end board of Aero+Luster is alright 2 interruptions pogU

Building this but Instead of the other link monsters I have Masked Heroes instead and a play I’ve come up with is cheesing out Magnus then use a masked change II to target either a Summoner Monk or Tricky on your field to go into either Dark Law or Divine Wind (or both if your lucky) and basically lock down your opponent not being able to add cards from deck to hand by card effects banish there cards instead of sending them to grave and only able to attack once each turn and if you want to go overkill then two Magna Slayer Sword as that card is not a once pre turn
