Now, let's ask ourselves who are those who have reacted to what has been said. Mainly they were two leaders who have triggered other reactions. Sonko Ousmane, the Prime Minister of Senegal and Debi, the President of Chad. Let's continue to ask ourselves, what internal realities do each of these leaders represent? Let's use all these as th framework in which we analyze what president Macron has said.
