The problem of africans is not Europe, it's their problem. The West has given Africa many many times the amount of money the US gave to Europe through the Marshall Plan after World War 2. And yet, they are still as poor as they were 50 years ago. Ethiopia was never colonized and it's poor anyway. It's not Europe's fault at all is Africa is in a bad situation.

All the investigations carried out by the UN, Amnesty or other regulatory commissions show that the countries that steal gold are the Emirates and Dubai, through customs corruption.
