Other KZbinrs are suggesting that you resubscribe or hit the notification bell again. I love tea parties!! There are lunch restaurants we call tea rooms in our area that are just a delight to go to. Most people don’t drink tea there but are an enjoyable time for us woman to meet together.( that is till the men found out there was good food there and now it’s not just for woman) . I have a question. I have a vintage teapot and have always been afraid to use it. What keeps a teapot from cracking when hot water is poured into it? Do you warm the pot first? . I’ve had glass break when going from one temperature to another. Enjoyed seeing your teapot collection.

Good morning, Pat. I love your story about the tea rooms. ❤️ I think warming your pot first with hot water from the tap is a good idea. Both Chinese and German porcelain makers perfected the design of depots before the English and their teapots would not crack. Where was yours made? But my English friends have told me that warming your pot prevents cracking, helps your tea steep more fully, and keeps your tea hot longer in the pot. Good morning, dear Barb, and I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with my videos. I have not had anyone else mention a problem with the volume. What do you watch my videos on: your phone, tablet or computer? On KZbin itself there is a volume control on the bottom left side of the screen. Then also on your phone for example, I am sure you know you have a volume button , on the tablet and on your computer itself.
